During today's meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the deputies discussed the issue of appointing a new chairperson of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security, and Migration.

The candidacy of Elvira Surabaldiyeva, nominated by the deputy groups "Adilet Kyrgyzstan" and "Eldik," was presented for voting.

As a result of the voting, Elvira Surabaldiyeva was elected to the position of chairperson of the specified committee.
