According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the actions of three members of the management board of OJSC "Kylum Bank" have been terminated:

Jamilya Koichumanova
Artyk Alymbaev
The new members of the management board are:
Ulanbek Shamkeev — Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and also a member of the board
Oksana Solomko — Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the board
Azmat Davletaliev — member of the board
These changes were approved by the board of directors of OJSC "Kylum Bank" on February 4, 2026 (decision No. 2). As part of this decision, Nurshet Toktogulovna Usupbaeva was appointed as the Chief Accountant.

These changes resulted from the decision of the sole shareholder of OJSC "Kylum Bank", represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic on January 30, 2026, document No. 1.
