According to a statement received by the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, on February 13, 2026, a citizen identified as M.B. requested assistance regarding the actions of a citizen named U., who in December 2024, having gained M.B.'s trust, deceitfully obtained a large sum of money from him.
In this regard, the Investigative Service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational search activities, police officers were able to detain the suspect, born in 1990, known as Z.U. He was taken to the Investigative Service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
