Zhibek Kadyrbekova, a talented designer from Kara-Kul in the Jalal-Abad region, creates modern ethnic outfits using felt and leads a "designer-stylist" club.

The young artist was born on April 7, 1997, in Kara-Kul. In 2003, she entered the 1st grade of secondary school No. 3 named after M. Frunze and successfully completed her studies in 2014, graduating with honors. In the same year, Zhibek became a student at the KTU named after I. Razakov in Bishkek, choosing the specialty "clothing designer," and completed her studies in 2018, receiving her diploma.

Currently, Zhibek is married and has been working at the Ch. Aitmatov Creativity House in Kara-Kul since September 2023.

Her unique collection "The Soul of the Nomad" combines elements of ancient nomadic traditions with modern fashion trends. The foundation of the collection consists of natural materials such as wool and felt, which have been used by Kyrgyz nomads for centuries in their journeys through majestic mountains and endless steppes. The collection reflects natural forces — mountains, sun, fire, wind, and the nomadic spirit. Each outfit made from felt has its own character: from massive and heavy to light and airy, while the patterns and colors used create symbolic stories.

After graduating from university, Zhibek worked as a designer in a fashion house. From 2018 to 2023, she was in Yekaterinburg, where she designed wedding dresses in one of the local salons.
