Since the beginning of 2025, more than 25 thousand appeals have been registered in the electronic diary "Kundoluk" through the anonymous function "Korkpo, bildir." This was reported by Altynbek Erkimbekov, head of the department of education and extracurricular activities of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, during the broadcast of the program "Elge sobol" on IA "Kabar."
Erkimbekov noted that the implementation of this function is aimed at quickly identifying cases of violence against children and providing them with the necessary protection. Currently, applications are processed manually, but work is already underway with donors for full automation of the process.
"Schoolchildren, when faced with any forms of violence, have the opportunity to leave a message in the 'Korkpo, bildir' section. Information about these messages is sent in real-time to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In the future, we plan to connect specialists from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Development to the system so that each organization can respond within its authority. The number of anonymous signals confirms the existence of hidden problems among adolescents that they previously did not dare to speak about. I am confident that this application will become an important tool in the fight against violence among children," he emphasized.
The ministry representative also reported that according to a study conducted in November 2025, the most common types of violence among children are psychological and physical violence, as well as cyberbullying.
