From February 25 to 26, 2026, Zheenbek Kulubaev, who holds the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, will visit the United Kingdom. The purpose of the visit is to participate in the first meeting of the foreign ministers of Central Asia and the United Kingdom.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, bilateral negotiations are planned with Yvette Cooper, the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom, as well as with leaders of financial institutions. In addition, the minister will participate in the next meeting of the Kyrgyz-British Business Council.
During the meetings, important issues concerning bilateral relations and regional cooperation will be discussed, as well as opportunities for deepening interaction in areas such as politics, trade, and investment.
