It became known that in October 2025, an investor filed a complaint with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding fraud; however, the investigative authorities, without conducting a proper investigation with his participation, decided to refuse to initiate a criminal case in the interests of E.M.A.
On January 27, 2026, the citizen of Turkey again filed a complaint with the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, the prosecutor's office transferred the previously reviewed materials to the investigative authorities of the State Committee for National Security.
On February 24, 2026, E.M.A. was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Talas.
The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic emphasizes that as part of the state policy to protect property and create a trusting atmosphere for investors, work continues to ensure the inevitability of criminal liability for officials of law enforcement and fiscal authorities for violations of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs.
