According to the Jalal-Abad regional emergency management office, information about the fire was received on February 25, 2026. The incident happened at the 423rd kilometer of the road, in the Kyzyl-Beyit area.
A fire crew from Kara-Kul was dispatched to the scene. The fire was localized by 19:20. At the time of the fire, there was a man in the cabin of the fuel tanker who, unfortunately, did not survive.
Currently, the identification of the deceased is underway, and examinations are being conducted to determine the cause of the fire.
