Previously, this position was held by Azim Aaliyev.
Baktybek Mamytov was born in 1978 in the village of Kara-Suu. He has a legal education and worked for many years in the Naryn Financial Police Department. Later, Mamytov returned to his homeland, where he engaged in agriculture. In addition, from 2016 to 2021, he was a deputy of the rural council.
