"The outcome remains uncertain"
A group of 75 people has submitted an appeal for early presidential elections, which has been sent to parliament and is now under consideration by the relevant committee. This was reported by Talant Mamytov, who heads the "Yntymak-Mekenchil" deputy group in the Jogorku Kenesh.
"This issue is under consideration by the appropriate committee. The outcome of this appeal remains uncertain. After its submission, the speaker and the committee chair signed a resolution indicating the necessity for its review in accordance with the law. A response was sent to the interested parties after the decision of the Constitutional Court," Mamytov noted. He also emphasized that the issue of election timelines should not be discussed in parliament.
