According to the prosecutor, the value of this land plot is estimated at 7 million 763 thousand soms.
The violation of the law became known during a check on compliance with land legislation. During the analysis, it was established that in 2006, an agricultural land plot located in the village of 1-May of the Kenesh aiyl district was transferred into private hands in violation of the law.
Thanks to the measures taken by the prosecutor, the plot of 9.2 hectares with a market value of 7 million 763 thousand soms was fully returned to municipal ownership.
According to the supervisory authority, during 2025, as a result of the prosecutor's actions in favor of the state and local authorities, the following was returned:
- in cash — 9 million 024,789 soms;
- in kind (property) — amounting to 244 million 57 thousand 200 soms.
