According to the information provided by the regional police press service, a report about the incident was received by the duty unit of the Kara-Suu district police on January 31, 2026. It was established that a verbal altercation occurred between a group of young people, which escalated into a fight.
On one side of the conflict were brothers A. uulu D., born in 1998, and A. uulu M., born in 1999, as well as their acquaintance T. uulu D., born in 1995. On the other side was citizen A.A., born in 1997, along with his friends. As a result of the scuffle, three men from the first group sustained bodily injuries.
As part of the preliminary investigation, all participants in the incident were taken to the investigative authorities and questioned. A forensic medical examination has been appointed to determine the severity of the harm to the health of the victims.
According to the results of the initial examination, it was established that the victims sustained minor bodily injuries that caused a temporary health disorder.
Based on the collected materials, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 (“Hooliganism”) of the Criminal Code.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing, and the arguments and claims of all parties involved in the conflict are being examined. The victims have been assigned an additional commission examination, and based on its results, a final procedural decision will be made in accordance with the law.
