The mayor's office of the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, reports on the procedure for payment for meals in local preschool institutions.
Each child is assigned a unique personal account. Based on the attendance records, the district education departments form individual payment accounts monthly. The kindergarten administration provides parents (or legal representatives) with the payment details and amounts.
Payments for meals must be made exclusively to the individual personal account of the child through banking institutions, post offices, or electronic payment systems (MegaPay, MBank, O!Money, and other available services).
Please note that transferring funds to the personal accounts of educational institution staff, as well as charging amounts exceeding the established payment for meals, is not allowed. The transfer of cash is also prohibited.
