A temporary moratorium has been introduced in Kyrgyzstan for a period of six months regarding the export of limestone-shell rock mined or produced on the territory of the country. The ban applies to exports to countries outside the customs zone of the Eurasian Economic Union. The restrictions cover both unprocessed and roughly crushed limestone, as well as products that are sawn or divided into rectangular and square slabs or blocks, classified under codes 2515 11 000 0 and 2515 12 000 0 of the EAEU Customs Code.

This decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

Government agencies have been instructed to take measures aimed at preventing the illegal export of the specified goods.
