The Bishkek City Hall has presented information about the rules for payment for meals in municipal kindergartens.
Each child will have an individual personal account opened, and the district education departments will form monthly bills for payment based on attendance records. Payment details and amounts will be provided to parents through the kindergarten administration.
Payments must be made only through the child's individual personal account — at banking institutions, post offices, or using electronic payment systems (such as MegaPay, MBank, O!Money, and others).
It is important to note that it is prohibited to transfer money to the accounts of educational institution employees, as well as to transfer amounts exceeding the established payment size. Cash payments are also not allowed.
