This project is being implemented in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic numbered 1057-T.
According to the ministry, the new complex will provide modern wastewater treatment, which will reduce the negative impact on the surrounding nature and create opportunities for deep processing of livestock products, including meat, leather, gelatin, and by-products.
- OJSC "Kyrgyz Agroholding" acts as the strategic coordinator for the development of this zone;
- The customer for the construction is the Department of Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater, which operates under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry;
- The contractor responsible for design, equipment supply, and construction work is the company China Road.
