The President of the Kyrgyz Republic has signed decrees appointing new permanent representatives in two regions of the country.
Azamat Osmonov will no longer represent the president in the Chui region; he has been replaced by Elkinbek Ashirbaev.
Changes have also occurred in the Batken region: Aibek Shamenov has left his position, and the new representative is Mamyrzhan Rakhimov.
