There are 100 Kyrgyz citizens in Iran

According to information provided by Deputy Foreign Minister Almaz Imangaziev at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, there are currently 100 citizens of Kyrgyzstan in Iran.

The Deputy Minister clarified that only one citizen has reached out to them with a request for evacuation.

“We negotiated with the Russian side, as a result of which we managed to evacuate him to Azerbaijan,” added Imangaziev.
