During his working trip to medical institutions in Bishkek and the Chui region, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev visited the Chui Regional Unified Hospital named after E. Akramov (CHUHB). According to the press service, this facility is one of the busiest in its region, receiving up to 18,000 patients annually, performing about 6,000 surgeries, and conducting up to 6,000 births.
During the visit, Kasymaliev instructed the Ministry of Health and other relevant agencies to consider the possibility of constructing a new building on the territory of CHUHB, with the aim of creating a modern medical cluster that would unite all hospital services in one location.
In addition, following the visit, instructions were given to relevant institutions and the Bishkek city administration for the prompt resolution of identified issues and coordination of efforts to modernize the healthcare system.
