In Kessken-Tash, located in the rural district of Orozbekov in the Kadamjai region, which borders the Uzbek enclave of Shahimardan, a 15-meter tall flagpole has been erected on the summit of a 300-meter high mountain. This flagpole features unique lighting that ensures the flag is visible even at night.

The initiative to install the flagpole came from local resident Elaman Kuduratylla uulu, who fully covered the costs of purchasing materials and carrying out the installation work. Elaman shared that his desire to install the flag arose after a trip to Turkey, where he noticed how much respect is given to national symbols. He noted: "Our village is close to the border, and citizens from the neighboring country often pass through us. I have long dreamed of our flag proudly waving at the top of the mountain and being visible from afar. Especially after my visit to Turkey, where flags are everywhere."

The process of installing the flagpole on the mountainous terrain proved to be challenging. The structure has the following specifications:
- height — 15 meters,
- dimensions of the flag — 3 by 5 meters,
- the support is made from materials resistant to various weather conditions and is equipped with lighting for visibility at night.

According to local residents, transporting the structure to the summit was a true test, as the flagpole was raised manually by seven people. The completion of the installation coincided with an important date — March 3, which is celebrated as the Day of the State Flag of the Kyrgyz Republic.
