According to information provided by the local administration, this event was organized by the city mayor's office in collaboration with the staff of the juvenile affairs inspection (JAI) of the Issyk-Ata District Department of Internal Affairs, as well as with the participation of public organizations and social protection services.
The main goal of the raid was to prevent offenses among youth and ensure their safety during nighttime. As a result of the conducted activities, 15 minors were brought to the internal affairs department.
Since the children were found without the accompaniment of their legal representatives, administrative protocols were drawn up against the parents under Article 74 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to violations of norms aimed at protecting the health and development of children.
The mayor's office noted that such raids will be conducted regularly to protect children's rights and prevent juvenile delinquency.
