Today, March 9, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic rejected the appeal of the Kloop media lawyer regarding the decision of the October District Court of Bishkek, which recognized the materials of the publication as extremist.

As reported by lawyer Nurbek Toktakunov, the process went very quickly, and the panel of judges did not delve into the details.

It is worth noting that the October Prosecutor's Office of Bishkek filed a lawsuit to recognize the materials of Kloop media, as well as Temirov Live and "Ait ait dese," and their leaders Rinat Tukhvatshin and Bolot Temirov, as extremist. This decision was based on data provided by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB). The court granted the prosecutor's motion on October 27, 2025, recognizing the mentioned publications as extremist.

It is also worth mentioning that Interpol refused Kyrgyzstan's request to search for Kloop co-founder Rinat Tukhvatshin.
