According to the prosecutor's office of the Alamudun district of the Chui region, during a review of land legislation, it was established that a land plot of 10.72 hectares, located in the Tash-Dobon rural area, was illegally sold to private individuals in 2006. This information was provided by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

An act of prosecutorial response was drawn up as a result of the review, which allowed the plot to be returned to state ownership. Its value amounted to 9 billion 161 million 526 thousand 400 soms.
