Kanatbek Chynybaev has been appointed by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov as the acting Minister of Emergency Situations.
The candidacy of Chynybaev will be presented to the Jogorku Kenesh for approval as the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Earlier, the president relieved Urmat Shamyrkanov from the position of head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
