The historical-documentary exhibition "Frunze Aeroclub – School of Heroes!", which opened on March 10 at the Cholponbay Tüloberdiyev Gallery in Bishkek, reflects important moments in the history of aviation.

This event is timed to coincide with the anniversary of the founding of the Frunze Aeroclub and the feat of Ismailbek Taranchiev, a Hero of the Soviet Union, who performed his famous act in March 1944.

The exhibition is organized by the United Directorate of Memorial Museums of Bishkek in collaboration with the Center for Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.

The exposition includes archival materials and historical photographs, among which portraits of pilots trained at the Frunze Aeroclub who were awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union stand out.

The Bishkek City Hall emphasizes that this exhibition contributes to the preservation of historical memory and the perpetuation of the achievements of aviation heroes.
