In his speech at the Jogorku Kenesh, President Sadyr Japarov expressed concern about recent attempts to create divisions among the deputies. He noted that such a situation could negatively affect the well-being of the people. "When deputies elected by the people start to divide into groups, it creates problems for ordinary citizens. I urge you not to allow such behavior, as it threatens our state. From the very beginning of my activities, I have been striving to eradicate any signs of division," Japarov stated.
According to the president, over the past five years, it has been possible to significantly eliminate the concept of "division." He cited the successful rotation of akims, judges, and other public servants as an example, which, in his opinion, brings positive results.
