The head of state, Sadyr Japarov, made a statement in the Jogorku Kenesh, emphasizing that reforms are a complex process.

He noted that over the past five years, he has witnessed many such changes.

“Every time reforms begin in any area, one can observe outrage and discontent in society, including on the streets and social networks. This gives people the impression that the authorities are making the wrong decisions. However, if you look deeper, it turns out that only 10-100 people are protesting, acting in their own interests. It is important to understand that reforms are aimed at future generations and are intended to ease current life. For example, when the last reform related to driver's licenses was conducted, similar situations also arose, but now everything is functioning properly,” President Japarov added.
