Courses for Future Spouses and Young Parents to be Developed in Kyrgyzstan

A new Regulation has been adopted in Kyrgyzstan regarding the development of educational courses for young parents and future spouses. This decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The purpose of the document is to implement the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Youth," aimed at strengthening family institutions, fostering a responsible approach to parenting, and enhancing psychological and pedagogical literacy among the younger generation.

The main task of this resolution is to establish unified standards for curricula and the organization of courses for young people entering marriage, as well as for new parents.

Funding for activities related to this resolution will be carried out within the budget allocated for the relevant state bodies and local authorities (by agreement), as well as from other sources not prohibited by law.

The Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, as well as the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, have been tasked with adapting their decisions in accordance with the new resolution.
