
During the parliamentary session, bills concerning the ratification of agreements on mutual visa-free entry for holders of diplomatic and service passports from several countries, including Egypt, Oman, Slovenia, and the Benelux countries, were approved.
As a result of the discussions, the deputies adopted several bills in three readings. These include:
- "On the ratification of the Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Benelux countries on the exemption from visa requirements for holders of valid diplomatic and service/official passports, signed on June 18, 2025, in Brussels";
- "On the ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on the mutual exemption of holders of diplomatic passports from short-term visa requirements, signed on October 16, 2025, in Ljubljana";
- "On the ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman on the mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports, signed on September 25, 2025, in New York";
- "On the ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the mutual cancellation of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports, signed on November 4, 2025, in Cairo".
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Almaz Imangaziev, presented these bills, emphasizing that the agreements allow citizens holding diplomatic, special, and service passports of the Kyrgyz Republic and the mentioned countries to cross the border freely without visas for up to 90 days within a six-month period.
