A large-scale digitalization program for the judicial system is being implemented in Kyrgyzstan. The introduction of online broadcasts of court sessions became possible due to changes in national legislation and is part of the overall digitalization process. The main goal of this initiative is to create a modern and technologically advanced justice system that is resilient to corruption risks. Emphasis is placed on maximum transparency at all stages of the judicial process, from the registration of materials to the issuance of the final decision, in order to make the process understandable and accessible to both participants and society as a whole.
