The Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, accompanied by heads of various city services, inspected several construction and infrastructure projects in the capital. This was reported by the Bishkek city administration.
The first stop of his visit was the intersection of Young Guard Boulevard and Leo Tolstoy Street, where the construction of a transport interchange is planned. The mayor instructed the relevant services to begin preparations in accordance with the approved project documentation and to notify any objects that obstruct construction.
After that, the mayor reviewed the ongoing works on the road construction on Bakayev Street, in the area from Leo Tolstoy Street to Bokonbaev Street.
The responsible officials were instructed to pay special attention to the safety of citizens during the construction of sidewalks, as well as to the quality of the work being performed.
