President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov commented on the current situation in the Middle East.
He expressed deep concern about the escalating tensions in this region and their detrimental consequences for Arab countries.
Japarov noted that it is particularly sad that the conflict is unfolding in the sacred month of Orozo, which symbolizes spiritual purification, charity, forgiveness, and mutual respect.
The president emphasized that Kyrgyzstan shares the bitterness of loss and the grief of the peoples affected by the numerous casualties among civilians. He condemned the actions that led to such tragic events.
According to the UN Charter and international norms, the Kyrgyz Republic advocates for joint efforts by the global community to peacefully resolve the current situation.
Japarov called on all parties to exercise restraint, to immediately cease hostilities, and to take measures that would facilitate a return to constructive dialogue for resolving the conflict exclusively through peaceful means,” he added.
