The city administration noted that this vehicle is part of a gift from the residents of the Jalal-Abad region. In total, the administration received ten cars, of which nine were distributed among territorial departments, and one remained with the mayor.
During his tenure as mayor, Jenishbek Toktorbaev repeatedly received cars as gifts. Among them:
- "Toyota Land Cruiser 300," which was gifted on February 11, 2025, by the residents of the Jalal-Abad region. This vehicle has now been transferred to the balance of the city administration.
- "Changan," which was handed over on July 9, 2025, by Kamchybek Tashiev for effective work. This vehicle has also been transferred to the "OshTV" channel.
- "Li 9," received in September 2025 from the president.
As of today, the mayor has two vehicles at his disposal: "Toyota Land Cruiser 300" and "Li 9".
It was previously reported that Toktorbaev's relatives from the Jalal-Abad region gifted him a "Toyota Land Cruiser 300," which costs between 80,000 to 150,000 dollars. The mayor decided not to use this vehicle for personal needs and transferred it to the city administration.
This is already the third vehicle that Toktorbaev has received during his tenure as mayor. He also previously accepted a vehicle of the brand "LiXiang L9," gifted by President Sadyr Japarov.
Additionally, on September 17, 2025, President Sadyr Japarov presented Toktorbaev with a new official vehicle during a working trip to Bishkek. The cost of this vehicle ranges from 30,000 to 65,000 dollars, depending on the year of manufacture and configuration.
The vehicle was handed over to the mayor immediately after a severe reprimand from the president for "improper performance of official duties."
In July 2025, the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, gifted Toktorbaev a "Changan X5 Plus" vehicle "for good work." This Chinese-made crossover, the "X5 Turbo" version, is mainly exported to CIS countries. At that time, its cost in Kyrgyzstan ranged from 11,500 to 13,200 dollars, depending on the configuration and year of manufacture. For example, the average price of a 2025 "Changan X5 Plus" in Bishkek was about 12,000 dollars.
