The new leader was introduced to the department staff by the head of the Naryn Regional Department of Urban Development and Architecture, Azamat Kalykov, who wished him success in his official duties.
Previously, this position was held by Akylbekov Myrzabek Rakhatebekovich, who was relieved of his duties based on his own request.

Adis Maratovich Tynybekov was born in 1996 in the village of Chayek.
- In 2015, he graduated from the Agricultural Technical College of the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after Skryabin, obtaining a degree in "Geodesy."
- Currently, Tynybekov is in his 4th year at the Kyrgyz-Russian Academy of Education, majoring in "Jurisprudence."
