100 Chinese-Made Agricultural Drones Delivered to Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan has received 100 modern drones intended for agriculture. They will be used for land monitoring, fertilizer application, and crop protection, reports Kun.uz.

The delivery was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture with the support of the World Bank. The batch consists of 50 drones for remote monitoring and 50 for fertilizer application, pest control, and carrying out agronomic work.

Additionally, as part of the project, training for specialists is being conducted. 30 employees of the State Scientific and Design Institute "Uzgiprozem" and its regional divisions are undergoing training in drone management and maintenance. In the future, it is planned to train up to 100 qualified operators.
