In the 2026–2027 academic year, the presidential lyceum "Akyilman" will expand its network by opening new branches in the cities of Manas and Talas. This was announced to the press by the head of the public relations department of the lyceum, Aziretkul Asanov, at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency.
The selection of 6th-grade students for the 7th grade will take place simultaneously in the branches located in Cholpon-Ata, Manas, and Talas. At the same time, the admission of 7th-grade students to the 8th grade will be conducted exclusively in the new branches of Manas and Talas. This expansion will create additional opportunities for the education of talented students according to modern international standards.
Asanov also noted that interest in studying at the lyceum is very high. This year, 10,000 people applied for the competition, which amounts to 120 candidates for one place. This indicates high competition.
