A working meeting was held in Bishkek, organized by the Tourism Development Support Fund and the leadership of the Border Service of Kyrgyzstan, aimed at preparing for the upcoming tourist season.
According to the fund, during the discussion, key areas for inter-agency cooperation were considered, aimed at improving the quality of service for tourists and ensuring their safe access to major tourist attractions in the country.
The main topics of the meeting included:
- comprehensive preparation for the opening of the tourist season, taking into account the expected increase in the number of tourists;
- development and implementation of digital services for interaction with citizens and foreign tourists, including informational support and simplification of bureaucratic processes;
- improvement of the infrastructure of mountain tourist routes with an emphasis on creating informational and navigational support.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed on the necessity of enhancing coordination and developing joint solutions that will contribute to improving the quality of the tourist environment and the investment attractiveness of the tourism sector in Kyrgyzstan.
The participants of the meeting confirmed their readiness for the practical implementation of the agreed initiatives in the new tourist season.
