During an operational raid conducted by the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan in the Moscow district of Chui region, a case of illegal gasoline sales was discovered.

At a gas station in the village of Sadovoe, it was found that the fuel was sold without the mandatory labeling with molecular markers.

The violation became known thanks to a special analyzer, which confirmed the absence of the marker in the composition of the fuel and lubricants. Laboratory tests conducted at OJSC "Uchkun" also confirmed this fact.

As a result of the inspection, 8,500 liters of gasoline were seized, with a total value exceeding 579,000 soms.

The employees of the State Tax Service prepared the relevant documentation, and the collected materials were sent to law enforcement agencies for further legal analysis and necessary actions in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It should be noted that from October 1, 2024, mandatory labeling of gasoline and diesel fuel will come into effect in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. This rule applies to both imported and locally produced fuel and lubricants. The import, transportation, and sale of fuel without molecular markers are prohibited.

The recording from the Tax Service revealing the gas station selling fuel without labeling was first published on K-News.
