According to the provided data, the incident occurred on March 22 at around 00:20 when inspectors stopped a "KIA K5" vehicle in the Chuy area.
It turned out that the driver was a 32-year-old man named J.K.R., who was found to be in a state of alcohol intoxication, as confirmed by a conducted examination.
The "KIA K5" vehicle was placed in a tow lot, and a report was filed against the driver under Article 193 of the Code of Offenses, concerning the operation of vehicles while intoxicated or transferring control to a person not authorized to do so.
