The Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the start of the application process for Romanian government scholarships for the academic year 2026-2027.
The program covers all levels of education, including bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies, with the exception of medical specialties.
Scholarship recipients will benefit from free education, accommodation in a dormitory, and monthly stipends. For those who do not know the Romanian language, a free preparatory course for one year is provided.
Candidates must demonstrate good academic performance, which implies an average score of no less than "4" or "7" according to the Romanian grading system.
Applications are accepted only in electronic format until March 31 of the current year.
