According to their reports, the following violations were identified:
— the specified vehicles were equipped with prohibited sound signals;
— the drivers engaged in hooligan behavior, including leaning out of windows, which posed a danger to other road users.
In connection with the aforementioned violations, the road service issued protocols against the drivers based on the Code of Offenses and imposed a fine of 20,500 soms.
Additionally, in accordance with the law, the vehicles were sent to the impound lot.
