Gulnaz Kurmanbaeva Appointed Deputy Akim of Ala-Buka District

Gulnaz Eshenkulovna Kurmanbaeva has become the new deputy head of the state administration of the Ala-Buka district in the Jalal-Abad region.

Based on the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, issued on March 26, 2026, under number 230, she took the position of deputy akim of the district, responsible for social issues.

The introduction of the new deputy akim took place at a meeting with the district's active members, where Gulnaz Kurmanbaeva was presented by Ruslan Aitbaev, the head of the Ala-Buka district state administration.

Gulnaz Kurmanbaeva was born on September 22, 1972, in the village of Sary-Talaa, located in the Ala-Buka district. In 1989, she began her studies at the pedagogical institute in Magnitogorsk, and in 1994, she graduated from the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature at the Bishkek Humanities University.

Gulnaz began her career as a Russian language teacher at secondary school No. 3 named after N. Orozaliev.

From 2005 to 2007, she served as the deputy director for educational work, and then from 2007 to 2015, she continued to teach Russian language while also heading the trade union organization at her school.

In 2011, she was elected as a deputy of the district local kenesh, where she oversaw social issues.

Since 2015, Gulnaz has worked as the chief specialist for social issues in the Ala-Buka district state administration, and since 2023, she has held the position of head of the social issues sector.
