Rustam Baltabaev has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
He will be responsible for processing, organic production, and export of agricultural products.
Previously, Baltabaev served as the Executive Director of the Association for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex, where he actively participated in implementing projects for the development of the industry.
In his new role, he will focus on assisting farmers and strengthening the country's food security.
Aziza Mamyrova has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations.
Her responsibilities will include issues related to intellectual property registration and digitalization.
Previously, this position was held by Kemel Sadykov.
Omurbek Jenishbekov has become the First Deputy Minister of Energy.
Jenishbekov was born on October 26, 1990, graduated from the Issyk-Kul State Technical University named after Iskhak Razakov and the Academy of Public Administration under the President.
He began his career in 2013 as an electrician at the Eastern RES of the North Electric JSC, and since 2014, he has been working at the Ministry of Energy.
Aziz Pirmamatov has left the position of Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies.
He resigned voluntarily, submitting a corresponding statement.
It is worth noting that he was appointed to this position in June 2025 by the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.

Zamir Kenenbaev, born in 1981, has legal, economic, and customs education. He worked for over 15 years in agencies dealing with economic crimes and was the Deputy Director of the state enterprise "Directorate for the Management of Objects" before his appointment.
Dinara Erkinbaeva, born in 1986, worked in the system of state legal aid and headed the legal support department of the agency since 2023.
Maksat Akylbekov, born in 1991, has experience in the forensic service, the apparatus of the Jogorku Kenesh, and tax authorities.

Nurlanbek Saipbaev has been appointed as the mayor of Uzgen.
He replaced Eldos Taev, who resigned voluntarily.
Saipbaev was born on May 8, 1987, and graduated from the Osh State Law Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence. He previously worked as a deputy of the Karauyl Aiyl Kenesh and the head of the Bash-Dobon Aiyl Okmotu.
Aybek Tilenbaev has taken over as the head of the municipal enterprise "Osh Transport Market."
The municipal car market was fully commissioned after major repairs in July 2025 and is designed for 4,000 vehicles.
Rafail Tatikov has become the Deputy Mufti.
Tatikov, born on September 10, 1983, received higher education at the Jamia-tul-Uloom-ul-Islamia University in Karachi (Pakistan) and completed several specialized courses, including hadith studies and Islamic law. From 2020 to 2022, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State University named after Ischenaly Arabayev with a degree in theology, obtaining a master's degree.
Since 2017, Tatikov has been working at the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, where he heads the fatwa and religious literature department and also teaches. He is an independent member of the Sharia Council of EcoIslamicBank JSC and an arbitrator on Sharia issues at the International Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
