At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Medina Kairylbekova expressed concern about the location of the tuberculosis hospital in Talas, which is in close proximity to a school. She emphasized that this medical facility is situated in the city center and is not connected to the sewage system.
According to her, the hospital uses a septic system, and the school is located just 50 meters from its territory. Furthermore, there are plans to build a new educational institution in this area. Wastewater from the hospital is removed using special equipment and discharged into a bio-pond. The residential area "Zhashtyk," located 500 meters from the treatment facilities, is home to about 500 families. These people use water sourced from a depth of 6 meters.
