The Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Damirbek Osmonov, conducted an inspection of the electronic database of medicines and medical devices (EBD) in the regions of Osh and Jalal-Abad.
According to the press service of the ministry, he also checked the module responsible for the traceability of goods.
During the inspection at the pharmacy point of LLC "Neman-Pharm," located on the territory of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital, unregistered medications were found that were not listed in the electronic system. A corresponding act was drawn up by authorized specialists for this case.
The minister emphasized that all participants in pharmaceutical activities are required to comply with the registration and digital traceability requirements for medicines, regardless of their form of ownership.
“Every medical product that is in circulation in the country must be included in the electronic traceability system. This is an important condition for ensuring the transparency of the pharmaceutical market, compliance with legislation, and protecting patients' rights,” the minister stressed.
