The Ministry of Health is urged to reconsider the ban on injections in rural health posts

At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Temirlan Aitiev raised the issue of the ban on performing injections in feldsher-obstetric points (FAPs) in rural areas. According to him, medical workers are concerned about the potential for anaphylactic shocks and allergic reactions in patients.

The deputy noted that the Ministry of Health had previously restricted injection procedures in medical institutions due to an increase in cases of side effects. However, he stated that private medical points continue to operate, raising questions about their oversight and the conditions for performing such procedures.

Aitiev proposed to submit a protocol directive to the Ministry of Health requesting a review of this restriction.
