At the recent briefing dedicated to the results of the sessions of the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), it was announced that China's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) will reach approximately 140.19 trillion yuan by 2025. Over the past five years, the country's economy has consistently surpassed the marks of 110, 120, 130, and now 140 trillion yuan.

According to Liu Jiangping, the Chinese ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, the average annual economic growth rate was 5.4%, and last year it was around 5%, significantly exceeding the global average.

Liu Jiangping noted: "Despite changes in the global economy and various risks, the Chinese economy, transitioning to a model of high-quality development, continues to demonstrate its resilience and potential. China's contribution to global economic growth is approximately 30%, which exceeds the combined contribution of the G7 countries and makes China a reliable source of global growth. The quality of economic development is also continuously improving. New sectors, including electric vehicle manufacturing, photovoltaic, and wind energy, are leading in terms of production scale and development. Additionally, the country has created the world's largest communication infrastructure with the widest coverage, which continues to stimulate high-quality economic development," she added.
