As the police officers found out, the man witnessed an unknown individual behaving aggressively towards his wife. Attempting to intervene, he faced resistance and received two knife wounds from the attacker, after which the assailant fled the scene.

In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under paragraph 3 of part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Hooliganism." Necessary examinations have been appointed.
The suspect, born in 2001, was apprehended during operational-search activities. His name is A. A. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, the pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
