According to the SCNS, this concerns a land plot of 2,700 square meters that was privatized in violation of the legislation, as well as with a change in its intended use.
During the inspection, it was found that such an action contradicts presidential decree No. 37 dated February 16, 1995. According to this decree, the sale of social infrastructure facilities, regardless of the size of the state share in the authorized capital, is prohibited. This rule also applies to those facilities that were transferred free of charge or left on the balance sheet.
Now the disputed plot and the buildings on it are once again state property and have been transferred to the Osh city administration. The SCNS emphasized that this decision is aimed at improving urban infrastructure and enhancing the quality of life for local residents.
