The press service of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs reported that the driver did not respond to the demands of law enforcement officers and, as a result, dragged one of the inspectors for more than 50 meters on the hood of his car.
The detained individual turned out to be a 36-year-old citizen T. I., born in 1986. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses, after which he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
Law enforcement officials strongly urge all drivers to strictly adhere to traffic rules and respect the legal demands of officers. Such actions, like resistance and threats to the lives of law enforcement officers, are unacceptable and carry consequences.
